This past November two of Sleep Sound’s team members, Christopher Braddock and Jonathan Miranda were winners of Multifamily NW’s Annual Ace Award.

Chris Braddock received an award for Portfolio Manager of the Year.

Jonathan Miranda received an award for Maintenance Technician of the Year for 200+ Units.

Winning one award is a major achievement, but 2 is rare. We are extremely proud of our team and their accomplishment.

What It Means to Win

The Ace Awards is hosted by Multifamily NW, the largest housing association in Oregon and SW Washington. There are sometimes 100+ nominees.

Among the nominating companies are some of the region's largest operators, as well as smaller local providers. For this reason competition is fierce, and winning is extremely difficult.

This isn’t a popularity contest.

In fact, the winners are selected by a confidential 3rd party panel who has no attachment to the industry. This allows them to remain neutral and rate candidates at face value.

The panel reviews each nomination, testimonials from clients on behalf of the nominee, and interviews the nominee directly. Afterwards a winner is selected from among candidates for each category.

To be selected means you're the best of the best.
